Acceptance
By creating an account or using a shared board link, you agree to these terms. If you're using Padboard on behalf of a school or organisation, you're confirming you have the authority to agree on its behalf.
Accounts
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your password confidential. Let us know immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Acceptable use
Don't use Padboard to post illegal content, harass or impersonate anyone, distribute malware, spam, or infringe someone else's intellectual property. Boards and posts can be flagged through the built-in report tool, and violations may lead to content removal, suspension or account termination.
Your content
You own what you create on Padboard. By posting it, you grant us the license needed to host, store and display it back to you and to the people you share it with — nothing more. You're responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.
Subscriptions and billing
Some features require a paid plan. Prices, currencies and what each tier includes are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancelling stops the next renewal but doesn't refund the current period unless required by law.
Storage and limits
Each plan has limits on boards, members and storage, shown on the pricing page. We'll tell you if you're approaching a limit; exceeding it may pause new uploads until you free up space or upgrade.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using Padboard and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, after attempting to notify you except where the violation is severe or ongoing.
Service availability
We aim to keep Padboard reliable and available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and features may change, be added or be retired as the product evolves.
Limitation of liability
Padboard is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
